anniepcloset @blaircav1 I'm 5 foot 2 and can wear it as a dress!! It looks really good with over the knee boots in that regard. I've also worn it with jeans so it's super versatile. Someone who's taller like maybe 5 foot 8 or above I think would have a hard time wearing it as a dress though.
