Free People Makin’ Waves Sheer Polka Dot Blouse

Black and white polka dot top from Intimately Free People. This was originally a bodysuit and the bottom part was cut out, so now it functions as a regular top. Has a v-neck surplice style top with bell sleeves. Sheer material. Originally had a snap closure in the front which is no longer there, but you could get one added back on at a tailor/alterations place if you wanted!
