This is the UNICORN of rare free people dresses, in the hardest to find size. This dress has no wear at all, I try it on sometimes and never end up wearing it, so time to let it move on and be seen. Chest is stretchy and 17” unstretched. Opening the buttons obviously does a lot with sizing, freeing up some space for the girls.
