Free People Mint Light Blue Velvet Minidress Sz XS

Gorgeous Free People mint/seafoam green velvet minidress. Size XS but I would say fits more like a small as the material is very stretchy. Beautiful v-neck detail with elastic straps and open back detail. Please note, this dress was worn only once but there is a bit of self tanner on the inside (pictured) and the left strap frayed so I sewed the strap down to the dress (also pictured).
