rachelearles does it stretch at all? I'm around 5ft 3 120 lbs small waist but pear shape. I normally wear a size 4 in dress but high waist stuff I can go down in

sonyg74 @rachelearles Hi, just measured the skirt. It doesn't have any stretch. Although, Free People runs a little big sometimes, so I wanted to give you the measurements too: 27.5" Waist 15.25" Length 36" Hips A 27" Waist is usually like a Size 4, and the flare of the skirt is forgiving on the hips as well. So, in my opinion, I think this would work! Lmk if I can help with any additional info. 😊💕
