Free People Off-The-Shoulder mini dress

This lovely piece can be worn as a dress or a tunic over split pants, shorts, etc. It is more of a boxy look but if you like it more fitted it can be taken in on the sides fairly easily. The off-the-shoulder elastic is tight enough that it won’t fall down or slide up. There is a tiny hole under the embroidered piece (see the picture with the penny) but it is barely noticeable and can be fixed easily, I just don’t have the skills to do it.
