Free People perfect solution maxi dress! A tie up tassle dress with quarter sleeves. It is a very thick heavy material that is perfect for fall/winter, especially with boots! It is a size medium. You can tie it around your neck, or leave it tied open. There is a missing stich on the sleeve (photoed), however, it has not affected the wear at all. Stretchy smocking bodice so will fit size M/L. It is good for big chests. Worn only a few times with no visible stains or blemishes.
