Free People Red Embellished Fit n’ Flare Mini Dress, fits size Small/Medium. This is a fun strapless Free People red mini dress with beautiful beading across the top of the dress. Priced lower due to a missing tag and optional neck strap. Please refer to pics with measurements for sizing. Top of dress has some stretch, and a silicone strip inside to keep the dress in place.
