This is a truly unique, elegant but casual dress from Free People. It has a striped black and gray background with rose prints all over, and a black tulle ruffles as lining underneath, peeking out at the bottom. The bib-style neckline is beaded with sparkly black embellishments. The outer layer is flexible and breathable. Size Petit Small 13" waist (has some give) 33" length (shoulder to end of tulle lining)
