Free People Sea Glass floral sundress

Free People floral cotton maxi dress in the style "Sea Glass", this is one of my favorites that gets so many compliments but just doesn't fit. Pretty handkerchief hem and elastic, puffy sleeves. Size 2 but has an elastic waist so probably could fit a size 4 comfortably too. The lining has a small hole at the seam that can't be seen from the outside and that would be a very quick fix, see photos.
