lindseyegbert 32in laying flat top from bottom. As you can see on the mannequin if it's a size 2 all the way to size 8. Because it's a flowy top. I have taken off for the day. If you still need the measurements let me know

lindseyegbert Also the material has stretch if it needs to get larger. So these measurements really would not be true to size when she put it on. That's why I'm trying to get at. This will fit extra small to a medium to a large. All depending on how you want to wear it.

lindseyegbert Just home from work it measures 23 inches across. That is a cross everywhere other than the shoulders which are slightly longer. This fabric stretch is like an accordion. That is why I'm having a hard time giving you measurements as there are not real true measurements. As I said that can fit an extra small all the way to a large depending on how you would like to wear it. You do not need to worry about this not fitting you. I really hope this helps explain it a little better
