Free People Sierra Off-the-Shoulfer Tunic/Dress in Periwinkle Blue S

Beautiful maxi top featuring soft and stretchy knit material, a flowy, asymmetrical hem with pieced crochet lace paneling, wide straps that can be worn off or on the shoulder, babydoll seaming under the bust, and a slit on one side that goes all the way to the top of the hip. This can be worn either as a top over shorts or pants, or as a mini dress, (you just need to wear little shorts underneath tho, because of the slit).
