New w/o tags, never worn, Free People silk navy drop-waist dress. Has a jeweled bib at the collar and a tie at the drop waist. There is a lining on the dress, but in bright light the dress is still a bit sheer. Cute tiered skirt. Shell 100% Silk Lining 95% Nylon and 5% Spandex Dry Clean Minor fraying on the left strap, most likely due to having been on a clothes hanger for years. The fray could be trimmed down easy.
