@reduce_reuse_xo the elastic runs all through the top part so it keeps the girls in place! The bottom half/skirt part is like a light linen texture, so it’s relatively light. There are two layers to the skirt part so it doesn’t feel see-through. I loved this dress but I’m more of a medium size now ;)
