Free People Smocked Maxi Dress

This is a smocked maxi dress from Free People, only been worn once. It's in perfect condition. It's a size Medium and the colors are primarily black with some navy blue, gold and dark orange. It has lace around the collar and in the middle section. It has nice movement when walking around. The are ties in the front as decoration. Sleeves are slightly puffy.
