butterflycheese Measurements for waist is 16 inches lying flat.has some stretch for sure and tie in the back to tighten. Length I’m 5’6 and it doesn’t quite hit the floor. I hope that was helpful.

butterflycheese @lizabeth289 I posted more pics with a measuring tape pulled across. I believe the under bust area/ waist is 16inches across, below that is 17.5 inches and below that is 20 inches. It’s stretchy I don’t know if that helps and it’s empire waist so the waist is a bit higher and the skirt is more open. I hope that helps. If you decide buy it today I can ship it out today.
