Super cute top. At 23" are the sleeves super long?

@giraffe27 It would seem they're long but They're Not! The way the sleeve is designed there is elastic at the bottom that you actually wear high on your arm, even to the elbow and the sleeve drapes over to the desired length. That may be hard to follow so I put the top on a took pics-and added them to the listing. Awesome top!
