laurenpmv @marjorienaranjo waist pulled tight is 19” laying flat…(had elastic inside) hips are 24” laying flat. I’m about your size and there do fit me! Not as oversized but they definitely fit!!

laurenpmv @kelsyemae I remeasured…these are 18” pulled tight laying flat. They’re is elastic and an adjustable tie and they’re meant to fit lower rise. I have a 28” waist and 42” hips and they fit me. Laying flat not stretched is 16”
