@jwho16 Sorry for the delayed response! Thank you for the measurements! Questions: Is it stretchy? Because I need a 16-17" bust. And is it loose and flowy? If you were to tuck it into a pair of jeans would it be blousy at the bottom?

@megs7641 no problem! It is not stretchy. There is a stretchy band around the waist as part of the style which may complicate you tucking it into jeans.
