This ethereal maxi skirt is a perfect winter to spring or summer skirt. It’s partially lined with sheer paneling and open cut-outs, putting it in step with the trend for sheer dressing without being too over the top. Meant to be worn at the natural waist/high waisted but could also sit lower on the hips for tall ladies. This skirt is a true maxi length, and brushes the floor for me at 5’5.
