Hi! What are the pit-to-pit measurements on the XS and S? Also, is the elastic pretty tight, or does it stretch easily?

@sydnisarah xs is about 13 1/2 and the small is about 14 1/2
the Fabric is pretty stretchy the band at the top is like a rubber that clings to your chest area. It goes all the way around to the I personally would wear a strapless bra under or those breast sticky pads. Its a cute top and the fabric is really soft. Does that help?
