Free People Tunic Top/ Dress

Floral tunic top/dress. I’m 5’10” so this was a tunic top for me. Could be a flowy dress for someone shorter! Balloon sleeves, single button at top of neck. Some thread pulling is pictured. Button at top is slightly loose but it would be easily re-affixed. Such a romantic top!
