Free People Tuscan Dreams tunic or dress

Chic, boho, v neck, long sleeve, Tuscan Dreams, mini dress (or tunic top) made by Free People. Has a flower design, faux wrap look, and flared tie detail at sleeve cuffs. Also has an elastic waist for a nice, flattering fit. Bodice is turquoise/teal and the flowers are orange, pink, and black. This is a versatile piece and can be worn as either a tunic top or mini dress! Sized S but is oversized. Great condition!
