Vibrant Free People Two Faces red floral mini dress. Smocked bodice, drop waist, bishop sleeves, ruffled square neckline, lined skirt. There is a button at the nape of the neck above a keyhole cutout. Four cloth-covered buttons at each wrist. Red with white flowers and small black circles with stars. Excellent used condition. The metal FP tag inside is loose and want to hang upside down. Also, the ruffle at the neckline has flattened down some, but looks fine when worn and could be easily straightened with an iron.
