Boho style vintage Free People high low skirt. Rare to find on resale, soft rayon fabric with leg slits. Lovely colors of blue, black, white, and tan. Like most Free People it runs larger, and with the wide elatisic waistband, the small would fit up to a size medium. Stored in a smoke free home.
