The leather is super soft! I have added a pic of what the bag looked like with the strap.. Just go to Amazon and buy a leather strap for it for 10 bucks and you are set. It was a thin crossbody strap…Or use as a clutch bag… It’s a cool bag, love the side pockets with magnet closure. Slouchy and cute when worn as crossbody. Super soft. It’s still a great We The Free bag even without the strap. Just a lil dirty… —I’ll try to remember to add in the piece from the strap that I kept to use as a keychain.
