This is a pair of gently worn Free People, We the Free, Moxie barrel jeans. These are size 29, color timeless blue (which has paint splatter throughout).
These are made to wear lower on the hips, but these fit me slightly higher, and still looked great! Great, baggy style!

Is the waist a full 16”?
I like a loose waist but there is no stretch, right?
Not sure if I need to go up a size…because of no returns.. hard to really know. Thx

@bupsie yes a full 16 inches, you are correct, no stretch to these - I usually wear a 29 and they fit me just below my belly button. Would be easy to resell if you need to if they don’t fit I think! I only listed a couple days ago and have several offers I’m negotiating 😀

Hi, I checked a pair of free people jeans I have and they are size 30, waist about 16.5 or so…wondering if I might need to go up in size ..all reviews say that these run big, but waist is not…did these shrink? I assume that they have been washed ?

@bupsie hi! Yes this size does run large - check out the reviews on the free people website for the “moxie” jeans. They have been washed and worn multiple times but are still in great shape!

Yes, I have read the reviews…I asked about washing since if they were to shrink , waist would also…when you measured the waist, I see tape is not all the way at the end..so, nothing additional to the 16”?
