Free People “Wish Upon a Star” Dress!!

Absolutely to die for “Wish Upon a Star” in Ice Combo Lace dress. Very low sides and open back as seen in pic. The skirt has 3 layers, white layer, ice blue layer and the layer of gorgeous lace trimmed with blue ribbon. It’s just so fabulous and beautiful. Whoever gets this dress is so lucky!
