This is a fantastic dress- I have it in 2 colors & get so many compliments whenever I wear them. This one was worn twice. It is so comfy, has pockets, a removable cream slip w/ snaps inside the shoulders to keep it in place. The belt can be removed but there’s seamed “button” holes in the front & back of dress to keep in place & give it shape at the waist. The dress can be worn off one or both shoulders. The ruffle goes all around the entire edge of the dress. So cute on.
