Free People beautiful cotton dress runs small

Free People orangey-red beautiful cotton dress. Bottom has two layers/lined. New with tags but see pics for minor threads loose and the type of cotton has some very hard to notice and harder to photograph discoloration that I believe is normal and intended for the dress- see last pic for best shot o got. Definitely runs much smaller than a 10, I would say four to be safe… I am normally a 4/6 and it is too small for me. Mostly in the bust
