Free People blue dress, Sz XS

This listing is for a Free People mini dress (although if you’re a short citizen, like myself, it’s not super mini). The main color is navy blue with a medium blue print. Sleeves are 3/4 length and have lace on the top, shoulders, and collarbone area. This runs big, would probably fit up to a medium. Button closure, excellent condition! I wore it once, realized that it was huge, and never wore it again.
