Free People blue maxi dress

I love this dress! She is so fun to wear at the beach or something like that! It is a Free People blue floral dress that ties at the neck. It does have a rip at the bottom of the skirt but it is so full I did not see it really when on. Also the flowers are purple for some reason they appear red in the photo: see first two photos for true color:) finally, fits more like a medium.
