The sleeves have a touch of elastic at the wrist lending to a subtle balloon sleeve effect. Oh, and pockets because... pockets. Nary a pill/stain/rip to be seen, in mint condition. If you're familiar with Free People (and I'm assuming you are because you have great taste!) then you'll know that the XS doesn't wear like one on these dresses so if you're unsure, go by the measurements.
