@chapisthrifts the bus is about 19 inches laying flat but it is smacked all the way around so very stretchy. I’m a 36 DD and it fits me. It’s just low cut so I had to wear a bralette underneath. After the smocking, it’s very floaty so there really isn’t a waste to measure. The length is 41 inches. I’m 5’9 and 180 pounds for reference.
