This is a Free People flowery soft, flowy, chiffon type dress. It is approximately just above the knee with a frock like girly look. Just worn twice, size small/medium and has a loose breezy fit. it is beige colored with pink and green flowers and borders of black. The sleeves have sweet ruffles running down the sides.
