Does it zip or tie for closure? I was just wondering for wearing it for a skirt or a full dress. To be able to ensure to make it as tight as needed.

@sashz there is no drawstring. The front part of the waistband is a solid/stable band, and the back half is elastic. Hope this helps!

@sashz relaxed the waistband is just under 13’. Stretched out it is right at 17’ (that is measuring straight across the band. Double that number for waist circumference) The skirt hits at my low waist, which is 31’, and I feel like I am using no stretch whatsoever from the elastic
