Super cute Free People stretchy ruffle skirt. Size Small, but could fit a medium probably. The color is various shades of pinks. The elastic band can be worn up, or folded down to make it shorter. Only worn a few times but has some natural fraying on the ruffles. Pictures shown are me wearing it, and it in various other colors on other models (including Taylor Swift).

How wide and stretchy is the band would it be able to be warn as a shirt ?

@msjedoucette the band is super soft and very stretchy. It's 15in across and 17 in. down and I have actually worn this as a tube top before!
