Free People mini dress or tunic, off-white, size xs

Adorable mini from Free People, size XS. Flowy style provides a great fit, probably up to a medium. Cute, goes with anything. I purchased this in excellent used condition and it remains as such; I never wore it as the hem was a little too short for my liking.
