Free People open weave tunic-size M

Open weave tunic vest by Free People has a deep v neckline and side slits. Can we worn over tanks in the summer or a body suit in the fall/winter. There are some slight snags (see image), but due to the nature of the weave, you can’t tell when your wearing it.
