Hi. Pretty sweater. Do you know fabric? Is it chenille? Also, hand or machine washable?

Fabric is 60% acrylic 25% wool 14% nylon 1% spandex. It's a very loosely knit sweater and allows for a lot of air flow so it's not a piece that will keep you really warm. The tag says hand wash.
