Free People red velvet tunic / mini dress

Free People red velvet tunic / mini dress size M, would fit Large as well - it’s oversized. Can be worn as a mini dress or tunic top depending on your height. I’m 5’10” and it’s a long shirt on me. PLEASE NOTE: there is a small tear at the bottom of the V neck. Can be seen in the photo but barely noticeable IRL.
