bought from another posher brand new. didn't realize the stripes were a yellowish color, kind of a mustard yellow. I'm a redhead so this color will not work on me! that's the only reason I am letting this jacket go! it is a fantastic design! chest measurement is 15 inches, shoulders are 14.5 inches and not counting the ruffles on the bottom it is 20 inches long
