I purchased this from a sample seller. It does not have a Free People label or size tag. It fits like a Free People small. There is gorgeous embroidery around the bottom, which has a scalloped hem. It has hook closures at the bust, ties on each hip and split flutter sleeve. It's a little sheer. Beautiful! Sorry about the wrinkles.

@vawylie89 it was a sample item so it doesn’t have a care tag in it, but I would guess it could be washed on gentle and hung or payed flat to dry just to be safe.
