This is the Say You Love Me blouse by Free People in a size small. This printed blouse features front and back cutouts and an effortless tie at the smocked hem. High neckline and two back button and loop closures. Flattering draping effect with tie at the waist and true to size unlike most Free People stuff! Waist is also smocked in the back so it can stretch a little bit.
