Free People top, size small

This top from Free People has an embroidered panel at the bust that has hook closures for a customizable fit. There is an an elasticized band sewn in at the waist, above the bust, and across the top of the shoulders to also dial in the fit. The bright flowers on the torso fabric appear to be screen printed onto the fabric. Please see photos for measurements 💚
