Free People velvet blazer

Velvet blazer with a single snap closure and silk tie at the natural waist with a slight peplum above the hip. Adorable with jeans and can definitely be dressed up with a skirt. Tag is size 6 but fits more like a 2/4. Machine washable! Great condition. Maroon is the main color.
