Beautiful. Excellent condition. Princess capped shoulders. Soft velvet trimmed victorian style bodice. Soft velvet weave tie back. Full and flowy skirt, with elastic top in back for comfort, style, and fit. Material is cottony with a pansy mix print; and is extremely soft and extremely stretchy. I cannot fully describe the loveliness or comfort of this dress; which could also be worn as a tunic. Size L 36” from top of shoulder to bottom of dress; 19” across under arms.
