anabel22 @vicki0427 I tried scheduling a redelivery and it says that option is unavailable for this package. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I get out of work late and by then the post office is closed. I’ll try calling tomorrow.

anabel22 @vicki0427 hello Vicki! I just opened my package and I’m not quite sure this necklace is only 18 months old. It looks very dull and has many signs of it use and age. I’m going to photograph and submit a claim with Poshmark. 😭😭😭

vicki0427 @anabel22 hi-I worecthe necklace less than 5 times. Not possible for it to have “many signs of age”. Feel free to submit a claim but I will dispute that. My photos are proof of the quality. I’m a reputable seller. I’m Sorry but that’s not truthful. I also sold it at a a fraction of the cost.

anabel22 @vicki0427 You have the right to dispute it as well if you disagree. I’m just noticing it doesn’t look new and as described in my opinion. You know, I was really looking forward to getting this. I even left work early in fear that it would not get re-delivered and so I could pick it up. I wish you understood my point of view. I do not wish to engage in a back and forth and thought that notifying you would be a good gesture and of courtesy to you as the seller since you’ve been so kind.

vicki0427 @anabel22 it’s not new. I never said it was new. I believe my photos accurately reflect the product. I think if it were polished it would look brand new. It was sold at over 46% of cost. An amazing price. I am truly stunned and shocked that you would be less than ecstatic to receive it and I mean that sincerely. It is truly an amazing value. I’ll happily take it back and resell it.

anabel22 @vicki0427 I understand I got it at an amazing price but that was with me thinking that your post was accurate. You stated that it was “worn once for a work function” and that it was in “new” condition. I guess we’ll see what posh decides. I’m sorry, I did not mean to make you upset. But I really was excited for this and when I saw it in natural lighting I was a bit saddened.
