Condition: It was in fair vintage condition but I reworked it in hope of keeping it going in the world. When it came to me it had holes throughout it. I froze it for 3 days to eliminate any unwanted pest (moths). It had a hug blue mark on the front so I soaked it in oxi clean twice. It is still slightly visible. Then I hand washed it and layed it flat to dry. I went through and stitched every hole shut. I left the liner alone. I thought of removing it but chose not to because it is vintage. It has tons of holes. I restitch a seam on the side and part of the label back on. One tag has been cut off. I left the thread balls because I liked the way it looked and added buttons for a little extra pop. Material: feels like wool? Size: approximately 22.5 inch waist Measurements: Please view photos.
