Free country women’s jacket

The jacket is made of a polyester blend tags aren't attached. However, this jacket is very lightweight and thin enough to layer. As you can see from the photo's there is a 7inch extension of fabric from the shoulder up ( NOT A HOODIE). From my measurement's this jacket is a size medium ( check pictures). There are many buttons from the very top of the extended fabric all the way down to the bottom. The color of this jacket is a medium to light blue. Listed below are the measurements.
